The next Executive Level Skill Development programme starts tomorrow in Sunderland. We have a varied bunch of senior people from two Headteachers, a Finance Director, a children’s home manager and the director of a industrial valves company. All are looking to make the next step in their effectiveness and skill development whether through building even greater self confidence, communicating in a more convincing manner, motivating their people more or ensuring greater accountability for business results.
