Management training for difficult conversations

Working with a senior management training session on holding difficult conversations. The session  with our customer in Bolton showed that the senior leadership team have had a breakthrough in terms of their confidence in themselves and each other. The topic was holding difficult conversations and they demonstrated complete understanding of the different tools and techniques from previous sessions and how they impact on challenging tasks such as this. For example tone of voice, listening skills, handling change and the knock on effect of working with colleagues when they are outside their comfort zones.

The team work well together and lots of spontaneous, natural coaching occurred!

It’s good to see evidence that they are forming new working habits that are having a positive impact and engaging with colleagues in better ways.
