Our next Executive Development Programme

Executive Development Programme – Autumn 2018

Our next Executive Development Programme starts in September. This is the tenth year we have been running this programme and as always we already have a wide range of people committed to attending.  There are still places left so get in touch today!

Senior people in the business world rarely devote the time to focus on themselves and their effectiveness. Our Executive Development Programme is an opportunity to do just that and hone and develop your skills along with other managers and business leaders. With our support as experts in the art of developing successful leaders into outstanding leaders, you will get to focus on all aspects of your leadership ability. From work/life balance to how you deal with underperformance in others, every aspect of how you come across to the world will be examined and developed.

This programme delivers results – through personal coaching during and after the course. You will see a marked improvement in your performance when operating at all levels. But don’t just take our word for it – have a look at some of the comments from past graduates shown on our website.
