David Kemp

On completion of a short career commission with the Royal Navy David joined the Financial Times before moving to a FTSE 100 company where he was responsible for implementing their innovative change programme – an initiative crucial to the success of the company’s ambitious mergers and acquisitions programme . Joining an international training consultancy, David built on his commercial experience and now makes a positive impact on individual and organisational performance through coaching and development.

Examples of the community work he has undertaken include the directorship of a youth charity, working as a business liaison ambassador for UNICEF, a seat on the area board of Young Enterprise as well as vice chair of his local Volunteer Bureau Advisory Group.

He is passionate about the individual dignity entitlement of all employees and works with organisations to improve their performance by nurturing their people and embracing change.
